Tribute to our Wonder Grandpa Taylor

I think this was Nov. Dec 2004. For Grandma's birthday
This was 2004. We had Faythe baptized and Wendy came out with Kaitlyn
This was 2005. Was Emily's wedding. I think her hugging our grandparents are so wonderful! The other pictures we enjoyed Faythe singing at school during Christmas time
This year was our grandparents 60th anniversary. SO we...
Took them to Bear Lake. It was very fun and I just wish we did it sooner and more often.
Around 2006 I started to take pictures at Halloween time. So since then I have taken one with them. Last year it was just with grandma and Helen smiled for the first time with herWe names Isaac after Grandpa. When we had Isaac's blessing, Grandpa realized that we named him after him, and he just teared up. And of course so did I. At this time, grandpa forgot alot so we had to repeat ourselves, but I didn't mind at all.

Some of the memories I wanted to share are in pictures. Others, is what I would like to carry on with my kids. I would ask him how he was feeling and his response was "With my fingers" and the other was "What's up?" his response was "the sky or the ceiling" whatever it was at the time.
He was just a very happy person and did so many things with us as kids. We loved one of his many VOLVOS and would stick our heads out of the sunroof and ride down the road.
There are so many memories Grandpa and I hope I can pass on the happiness to my children and have them always remember you. I feel that GRANDPARENTS are the best people EVER! I tried to go visit grandpa and grandma as much as we could.
We are glad you are in a very happy place now and can't wait to beable to join you in the here after. We also love you Grandma and we are very glad you are still with us and we get to enjoy many years to come with you!
Hope you will enjoy our love for our grandfather and the pictures we shared!

  1. That was beautiful! I want a copy of those pictures of me hugging Grandpa! Can you send it to me? Face book or something?
